Apple Of Her Eye
Brooke is in New York, running her own major fashion empire and Brooke is dealing with her mother, Vitoria, that wants to run her life. Peyton is living in LA working for a major record company. Peyton had not been back since graduation. Brooke comes back every once in a while to see Haley, Nathan, Jamie and Lucas. Karen never left Tree Hill. Andy moved to Tree Hill to be with Karen and Lily. Deb is around and they are all really close. Rachel is modeling and living some place in New York.
Then Brooke gets a call saying she needs to come home. Nathan and Haley were in a car accident. She is told Nathan died on impact. Haley died later at the hospital while in surgery. Brooke comes home for the funereal. Peyton won't come home. While back she finds out that she has custody of Jamie. She takes Jamie to New York. Things don't go the way Brooke wanted them too. Lucas is mad that Brooke got custody of Jamie. Brooke has no idea why Haley and Nathan would leave custody of their son to her. Things are falling apart in New York. Jamie is heart broken and lost and just thinks he is on a trip to New York. Brooke is barely holding on. Brooke comes to realize that Jamie is better off in Tree Hill so she down sizes her company;fires her mom; and her, Rachel, Millicent and Jamie all move back to Tree Hill.
They come back only to find that Lucas has cut himself off from everyone. The only time he left his house was when he made a trip to New York to see Brooke and Jamie and while there Brooke and Lucas hooked up and it was in hurt and anger and got kind of rough and Brooke has not talked about it since. Lucas is drinking and not talking to any one. Not even his mom. Brooke learns Lucas and Jamie were in the car with Haley and Nathan the night of the accident but Lucas won't talk about it. He knows what happen and will not tell any one..
Every one is hurting and in need of each other. The gang lost their heart and soul and now more then ever need to lean on each other. Most of all, they all need to be there for a scared, lost, and traumatized little boy that need his family more now then ever. Can they call get past their own problems and be there for the only piece of Haley and Nathan they have left? Will Peyton come back when her friends need her the most? Will they all come together or will they all let it fall apart? Now is the time to find out.
